Will the results of the competition of the "Turon" school theater not be taken into account when assigning points to the bonus?

Last year, at the competition of the "Turon" school theater, the school team consisting of my students won the final and took the honorable 2nd place. I was being paid a bonus for my achievement in this competition in the 2024-2025 academic year.

But they told me that the bonus was not assigned correctly, the choice of the "Turon" school theater was not justified, and they said that the interest on the bonus assigned to me would be removed. Is that right?

According to Appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019 No. 823 "Criteria for assessing the activities of teachers, psychologists and library staff," it is envisaged to award a point for the participation of a student of a teacher at the district (city) stage of competitions.

In this case, based on the results of the students, the teacher is awarded the following points:

• When students participate in competitions and other events at the district (city) level and show results above 55 percent of the lowest winner indicator - 10 points;

• When students participate in competitions and other events at the district (city) level and show results above 70% of the lowest winner score - 20 points;

• When students participate in competitions and other events at the district (city) level and take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places - 30 points.

At the same time, the list of subject Olympiads, competitions, competitions and events taken into account when establishing a bonus is annually approved by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

It is known that the list of subject Olympiads, contests, competitions and events recommended to be taken into account when determining monthly allowances to the basic tariff rates of teachers in general education institutions for the 2024-2025 academic year was approved by the instructional letter of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education dated February 14, 2024 No. 03-01/14-623.

This list also includes the "Turon" school theater competition. Therefore, the points awarded to the teacher whose students have achieved a high result in this competition are justified. Therefore, it is illegal to cancel the points awarded to the teacher.
