If a teacher works in two schools, does he receive a bonus for the category and certificate from both schools?

Question
If a teacher has a certificate granting category and bonus, works as a main teacher in one school, and takes additional hourly lessons in another school, will the category and certificate bonus be added to their monthly salary?
Response
According to the Regulation on Remuneration of Public Education Employees, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 275 of December 21, 2005, the official salaries of pedagogical workers are formed on the basis of the basic tariff rates established for the qualification category.
The basic tariff rate includes the tariff rate according to the Unified Tariff Scale and permanent supplements to the tariff rate established by law, as well as compensation payments included in the wages of certain categories of pedagogical and managerial workers.
Therefore, if a teacher with a qualification category works in another educational institution on an hourly basis, an additional salary is calculated for the qualification category.
What if the teacher has a certificate that is the basis for giving them a bonus?
The list of national and internationally recognized certificates used to establish bonuses for teaching staff was approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated April 4, 2024 No. 4-q/q and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education dated April 2, 2024 No. 3-mh.
At the same time, it is envisaged to pay a monthly additional bonus to teachers working in the general secondary education system (including part-time, part-time, trainee teachers, directors and deputy directors), as well as to pedagogical workers who have a certificate in the subject they teach.
That is, a teacher with the appropriate certificate will be paid bonuses even if he teaches at another school on an hourly basis.
The conclusion is that if a teacher with a category and bonus certificate works as a primary teacher in one school and receives additional hourly lessons from another school, payments for the category and certificate will be made to their monthly salary.
Additional information: According to paragraph 21 of the Regulation "On Remuneration of Public Education Employees," pedagogical workers are paid bonuses established by legislative acts, including bonuses paid for existing certificates, in proportion to the teaching hours allocated in the tariff list (teacher's tariff rate).
That is, if a teacher temporarily teaches lessons from another teacher, a bonus for their existing certificates may not be paid.
