By order of the Minister, the requirement for higher education for class teachers has been abolished.

Earlier, we published a critical article about the problem of class teachers following a document signed by the Minister of Preschool and School Education, Ezoza Karimova.

As soon as the article was published, the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Uzbekistan informed xalqtaliminfo.uz that this situation is under strict control.

Later, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education also contacted xalqtaliminfo.uz and announced that appropriate measures would be taken to amend and supplement Appendix 5 to Order No. 308, signed by the ministry on August 25, 2025.

According to the Ministry's message to xalqtaliminfo.uz, the requirement for class teachers to have a higher pedagogical education has been completely abolished by order No. 398 of the Minister of Preschool and School Education, Ezoza Karimova, dated October 23, 2025.

Now there are no restrictions on classroom management for primary school teachers with secondary specialized education. In this regard, the instructions on their dismissal, as well as the return to the state budget of payments made for class management in September, were also canceled.

In this regard, we express our gratitude to the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education for taking the issue under control in a timely manner and helping to resolve it positively.
