On May 7, 2025, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and the Association of Mahallas signed a joint resolution No. 0806/17.
According to it, parents of students who regularly miss classes are given two official warning letters by one of the members of the "Mahalla Seven," and in the absence of changes, in accordance with Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, measures are taken to hold the parents (their substitutes) accountable.
