Question
I have been working as a school psychologist for 3 years. All employees of our school were given prize money on the occasion of Teachers' Day. But I was not paid. When I asked the school director why, he said that the district pre-school and school education department issues the order to reward you. Is that right?

Awarding the psychologist of the general educational institution approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019 No. 823 "The procedure for establishing the director's fund for encouraging exemplary employees of general secondary educational institutions and using its funds" on" is regulated by the regulation.
According to Chapter 4, Clause 9 of the Regulation, awarding and financial support to psychologists of general educational institutions is carried out by working groups organized in general educational institutions.
After the working group makes decisions on rewarding employees of general education institutions, an order of the school director is issued to ensure the implementation of the decision of the working group.
That is, the order to reward the school psychologist is issued not by the district (city) preschool and school education department, but by the order of the school director based on the decision of the working group.
