If a primary school teacher has a national certificate in both mother tongue and mathematics, how is the bonus paid? Is 20% paid for both subjects or only one certificate?

According to paragraph 9 of the President's Decree No. PF-134 dated May 11, 2022 "On approval of the national program for the development of public education in 2022-2026", the certificate received in the national evaluation system of the Agency for the Evaluation of Knowledge and Skills it is envisaged to pay 20 percent increments to the pedagogic staffs they have.
Also, on July 28, 2023, the decision of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Ministry of Economy and Finance to approve the list of certificates for which premiums will be paid in the 2023-2024 academic year was signed.
Paragraph 7 of the explanation of this decision stipulates that the certificates obtained from the subjects "Mathematics and mother tongue and literature" (Uzbek language and literature, Russian language and literature, Karakalpak language and literature) are valid for the hours of classes of specialists in primary grades.
Based on the above rules, if a primary education teacher obtains a national certificate in both mother tongue and literature, and mathematics, a 20 percent bonus must be paid for both of these certificates.
That is, in this situation, the primary school teacher is paid an additional 20% allowance for the teaching hours of mother tongue and literature and mathematics.
