In recent days, social networks have been spreading news about the involvement of teaching staff and students in fundraising for "Open Budget".

According to Clause 6 of the decision "On measures to further improve proactive budgeting and support active neighborhoods", it is prohibited for management staff of budget organizations to give tasks to employees on mandatory vote collection.
