In response to this, we wrote that a malfunction was observed in the system on April 15, based on the complaints written by the pedagogic staff. In order to further clarify the issue, we also held negotiations with the responsible employees of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
During the negotiations, the responsible officials of the ministry informed that there was no malfunction during the attestation on April 15, and that such a situation occurred on April 16.
Therefore, in the official statement, it was said that there was talk about pedagogues who did not have time to complete the test assignments on April 16.
What should disgruntled pedagogues do?
As the ministry said, although there was no malfunction during the attestation on April 15, we turned to the head of the ministry, saying that some teachers are applying that there was a malfunction.In such a case, the responsible employee will ensure that if the disaffected pedagogic staff submits a written or electronic application (complaint) to the appeals commission within ten days from the announcement of the results, their problem will be considered fairly. did it.
After the discussion, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education announced that soon a special link will be published for pedagogues who are dissatisfied with the results of the certification to submit an application (complaint) electronically.
