Which teachers were allowed to teach "Education", "Science" and "Informatics"?

With the document signed by Prime Minister Abdulla Oripov, teachers of certain categories were allowed to teach "Science", "Education" and "Informatics and information technologies" in general educational institutions. In this:
To teachers of "Primary Education" - in grades 1-4
"Natural science";
"Education";
To teach "Informatics and information technologies" subjects;
To teachers of "Geography", "Biology" and "Physics" - in 5-6 grades
to teach the science of "natural science";
To teachers of history, the idea of national independence and law
Permission was granted to teach the subject of "Education".
In this case, primary education teachers in "Science" and "Education", as well as in physics, geography, biology, history, state and law, are paid in accordance with the applicable qualification categories.
That is, for example, if a teacher of primary education has obtained a qualification category in his specialty, he is not required to obtain a separate qualification category from the subject "Science" or "Education" that he is teaching. This rule is also applied to the teachers of physics, geography, biology, history, state and law fundamentals who teach "Natural Science" and "Education".
The document signed by the Prime Minister does not stipulate that it is not necessary to obtain a separate category for the subject "Informatics and Information Technologies" taught by a primary education teacher. However, based on the above rules, primary education teachers should not be required to obtain a separate qualification category for the subject "Informatics and Information Technologies".
What other categories of pedagogues can teach "education"?
Since 2020, it has been discussed which subject teachers will teach the subject "Education". Since this year, a single discipline of "Education" was introduced, combining the disciplines of "Etiquette", "Feeling of the Motherland", "Idea of National Independence and Fundamentals of Spirituality" and "History of World Religions".
In fact, the regulation of the teaching of the subject "Education" in general education institutions is regulated by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 422 of June 6, 2020.
With this decision, pedagogues who have completed the following educational fields are allowed to teach the subject of "Education" under one condition.
Primary education;
History (by country and region);
Methodology of teaching history;
Teaching philology and languages: Uzbek language, Uzbek language and literature;
National idea, foundations of spirituality and legal education;
Pedagogy and psychology;
Psychology (Sociopsychology of Religion);
Religious studies" and Islamic studies (Islamic history and source studies).
In order for graduates of the above field of study to receive the right to teach the subject of "Education" in general secondary schools, the curricula of the higher education institutions where they studied, starting from the 2020/2021 academic year subject to change.
If some state and non-state universities have not made changes to the curriculum, students and graduates of this university cannot teach the subject of "Education". In this case, they will have to complete a professional retraining course in order to receive the right to teach "Education".
Important note
By 2020, teaching of philology and languages: Uzbek language, Uzbek language and literature, pedagogy and psychology, psychology (sociopsychology of religion), religious studies and Islamic studies (Islamic history and source studies) Graduated pedagogues are not given the right to teach "Education".
Because, until 2020, the subject "Education" did not exist in the curricula of the higher education institutions where the graduates of this field studied.
The teachers of History, Primary Education, National Idea, Spirituality and Legal Education were given the right to teach the subject of "Education" with the relevant instruction of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
