Are the results of the Olympiad in computer science a basis for awarding points for overtime?

Question
I work as an informatics teacher at school. According to the order of MMTV dated March 7, 2024 No. 70, the Informatics Olympiad was held in schools. My student took 3rd place in the district and participated in the regional stage. It seems that this Olympiad is not in the list of Olympiads and auditions. Will I no longer be awarded points for overtime?

Appointment of bonuses to teaching staff approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019 No. 823 "Procedure for the organization of the director's fund for the promotion of exemplary employees of general secondary education institutions and the use of its funds on" is regulated by the regulation.
The activity of a pedagogical worker is evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria in Appendix 1 to this regulation. It also takes into account the participation and results of students in Olympiads, contests, competitions and other events.
As it is known, by the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education No. 70 of March 7, 2024, "Informatics major among students of the 5th-8th grade of general secondary education organizations" science olympiad was held.
In the instruction letter of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education No. 03-01/14-623 dated February 14, 2024, monthly increases to the basic tariff rates of teachers in general education institutions for the academic year 2024-2025 The list of Science Olympiads, examination contests, competitions and events recommended for consideration has been approved.
But this list does not include science olympiad in the field of informatics. Therefore, no points are given for the results of the Science Olympiad in informatics.
Why was this computer science Olympiad not included in the list?
We addressed this question to the officials of the Department of Science Olympiads and Selection of Gifted Students of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
The responsible official of the Ministry said that this Olympiad was not included in the list of Olympiads to be taken into account when giving bonuses because it was a one-time Olympiad organized to select and prepare reserve personnel for future international Olympiads in the field of Informatics and Information Technologies.
