According to the information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education to the editors of khalktaliminfo.uz, in 2024, 399,499 11th grade graduates graduated from 10,182 state comprehensive schools in the system of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
If we pay attention to the data provided by the Statistics Agency, we can see that a total of 414,600 students completed the 11th grade across the country.
Because, according to the data of the Statistics Agency, educational institutions under the jurisdiction of other ministries and organizations (the "Timurilar School" of the Ministry of Defense, the Uspensky School of the Ministry of Culture, the school named after K.Behzod of the Academy of Arts, schools of the Ministries of Sports and Culture, etc.) and non-state education graduates of institutions are also included.
According to the data, in the 2023/2024 academic year, 25 thousand 259 students were awarded certificates of excellence in general secondary schools. 14 thousand 778 talented graduates of the school were awarded with gold and silver medals. (of which 12620 gold and 2158 silver medals).
