It is known that, in order to further motivate teachers, a system of additional monthly bonus payments has been introduced to pedagogues who have the appropriate level of certificates in general education subjects.
In some cases, it is possible to observe the cases of fraudulent individuals who forge these certificates and pay teachers for a certain amount of money. However, liability for such action is defined in the law.

It should not be forgotten that the owner of the certificate is personally responsible for the authenticity of the certificates presented by the teachers.

If fake certificates are detected, the Ministry of Pre-School and School Education may apply to the court based on Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and, if proven guilty, at least cancel the employment contract concluded with these employees.

Important note: According to Article 228 of the Criminal Code, preparation of documents, stamps, seals, forms, their forgery, sale - a fine of fifty to one hundred times the amount of the basic calculation, that is, from 17 million to 34 million soums, or three shall be punished by compulsory community service for up to one hundred and sixty hours or correctional work for up to three years.

Knowing that the document is fake and using it - a fine from twenty-five to fifty times the amount of the basic calculation, that is, from 8 million 500 thousand to 17 million soums, or up to three hundred hours of compulsory community service, or up to two years of correctional work, or up to two years shall be punished by restriction of liberty or deprivation of liberty for up to two years.
