The director, who transported waste to teachers, was fined 34 million soums

Qalampir.uz published a video showing teachers of secondary school No. 37 in Asaka district of Andijan region being forced to work. The Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment provided information on the situation.
It turned out that the situation in the video was investigated by the State Labor Inspectorate. In his instruction, the school director noted that construction work was carried out at the educational institution, therefore, about 30 teachers and technical workers were forced to work on the cleaning of construction waste, and the employees were worried about the reduction of work rates and lessons.
During the investigation, it was found that the director violated the requirements of Article 25 of the Labor Code (Obligations of the Employer) and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 349.
According to Part 2 of Article 51 (Administrative Compulsion to Labor) of the Administrative Responsibility Code, the school director was fined an administrative fine of 100 times the basic calculation amount (34 million soums).
