Now the directors who did not receive a certificate after studying in the management course will be given another opportunity

As you know, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 681 dated December 25, 2023, established the procedure for training candidates for the position of director of state general secondary educational institutions in management courses and issuing them management certificates.

In this case, if current directors failed to score the required points in the final tests, they would be dismissed from their positions in the prescribed manner. That is, directors were given only one opportunity.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 531 dated August 27, 2024, introduced changes to the current procedure, granting concessions to directors studying in management courses.

From now on, directors who have studied in management courses and failed the final exam for the first time will be able to participate in the final exam once more within two months. (Previously, this opportunity was not provided.)

Directors who do not participate in the final examination within this period or fail to score the specified points in the second final examination shall be dismissed from their positions in the prescribed manner.

The following changes were also made to the current procedure:

• The practice of exempting directors with a management certificate from professional development courses for three years from the date of receiving the certificate has been abolished;

• It was determined that additional courses will be organized based on the wishes and preferences of candidates and directors who have expressed their desire to study in the training courses;

• Candidates who score 70 points or higher are considered to have successfully passed the final exam and will be issued a certificate, with the requirement to score at least 50 percent of the points in each area.
