Music teachers will be critically reviewed

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed Hilola Umarova and Ozodbek Nazarbekov to critically review the composition of music teachers and take measures to improve their professional skills and abilities.

During the dialogue on the occasion of "Teacher and Mentor Day" with the participation of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the question was raised: "How well do music teachers themselves know the art of maqom, theater culture, and also how to play music?"

Students who are familiar with culture and art deeply feel the power of goodness, and they develop self-confidence. It would be correct to say that this is a separate school, a separate upbringing.

At this point, the right question arises, to what extent do music teachers themselves know the art of maqom, theater culture, and how to play the instrument? Nazarbekov, together with Umarova, will critically review the composition of music teachers and take measures to improve their professional skills and abilities.

At the same time, Nazarbekov will be responsible for training and improving the qualifications of music teachers for general education schools in universities of the culture and art system.

Umarova should organize "Iqtidor" amateur art collectives in schools based on the positive experience of the "Turon" theater. These teams are led by music teachers. Music schools operate as supporting schools on the ground.

If we systematically organize this work, culture will inevitably penetrate every school and mahalla," the President said.
