According to the court document, he received 60,000 soums from clients for this service. As a result of special measures, law enforcement agencies took measures to stop this activity. The guard was caught while receiving money by agreeing to lease a room with a young couple.

During the trial, the accused fully admitted his guilt. The Shafirkan district court charged him under Article 131, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and sentenced him to one year of restriction of liberty.
