How many hours of lessons should be given to a teacher with a PhD degree working at school?

In October of this year, my Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree was approved, and I received my diploma at the beginning of this month. I have a classroom teacher and a class hour at the school. I want to work at a rate of 1.5. However, the regulation on the distribution of lessons does not specify the priority of doctors of science. However, considering the superiority of my diploma, shouldn't I be given more hours of study?

Indeed, the Regulation "On the Procedure for Compiling Classes and Forming Tariff Lists in General Education Institutions" does not specify the category of teachers with a degree of Candidate of Science, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Science (DSc).
Earlier, we submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education that the developed lesson allocation regulation should be reviewed. Currently, this regulation is being revised. However, the above situation can be resolved before the new edition of the lesson allocation regulation is approved.
According to paragraph 10 of Appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 17, 2021 No. 572, the highest qualification category (the position of head teacher) is awarded to pedagogical personnel who have a degree of Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Science (DSc), as well as a senior scientific employee, associate professor and professor awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission.
Therefore, in accordance with paragraph 15 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Compiling Classes and Forming Tariff Lists in General Education Institutions," this category of teachers is assessed as teachers with a higher qualification category, and we believe that they can be assigned maximum class hours for this category.
In other words, until the approval of the new version of the regulation, we believe that pedagogical personnel with the degree of Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Science (DSc), as well as the scientific title of senior researcher, associate professor and professor awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission, have equal rights with teachers with the highest qualification category.
Higher class teachers rank 8th in the priority sequence of paragraph 15 of the Regulation "On the procedure for compiling classes and forming tariff lists in general education institutions."
Therefore, teachers in this category are allocated lessons in the following priority sequence:
- teachers who have trained winners of international Olympiads;
- winners of international Olympiads, working as teachers;
- teachers with international certificates in foreign language and STEAM disciplines;
- Teachers who have graduated from leading universities in the world, which are included in the TOP-1000 universities;
- teachers who have prepared the winners of the republican stage of the main Olympiads;
- winners of the republican stage of the main Olympiads, who are working as teachers; teachers who have won prizes in the competitions of the republican stage (teacher of the year);
- teachers with a higher qualification category;
- teachers with the first qualification category;
- teachers of the winners of the regional and district stages of the main Olympiads;
- teachers with the second qualification category;
- teachers with a master's degree in pedagogical direction;
- teachers with excellent grades based on the results of theoretical and practical tests conducted in their subject in the prescribed manner;
- teachers without a category with higher education;
- teachers with diplomas for retraining;
- graduate students of higher educational institutions in the pedagogical field;
- teachers who have graduated from universities of foreign countries in the field of pedagogy, but their diploma has not been recognized;
- teachers with secondary specialized, professional education before being provided with teachers with higher education;
- managers of the general educational institution in the relevant specialty until they are provided with teachers with higher education.
