Will teachers teaching the subject "Upbringing" for beginners be paid for the qualification category?

I'm a first-class teacher. I teach "Education" for 11 hours at school. I go to classes for 7 hours for senior students and 4 hours for beginners.

Currently, only my class is being paid for 7 hours in high school. No additional fee is charged for the initial 4 hours. When will it be paid?

It is known that according to the instruction of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 30/1-1782 of 2024, teachers of "Elementary Education" are allowed to teach the subject "Education" in elementary grades, and teachers with the specialty "History," "The Idea of National Independence and Law" are allowed to teach the subject "Education" in grades 5-11.

Also, teachers who have a specialty in the subject "Education" or have undergone retraining in the subject "Education" have the right to teach in high and primary grades.

Are teachers teaching the subject of "Upbringing" in primary grades not paid for their qualification category?

If teachers who have the right to take classes in the subject "Education" have a qualification category in this subject, an additional fee is required for the qualification category in the subject "Education."

However, a group of teachers of the subject "Education," who are appealing to xalqtaliminfo.uz, said that they were not paid an additional fee to the qualification category for lessons in elementary school.

In order to clarify this issue, khalktaliminfo.uz contacted the head of the department for organizing the process of assigning qualification categories to pedagogical personnel of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education Sardor Rakhimboyev.

According to Sardor Rakhimboyev, some problems have arisen in the UzASBO-2 system related to the connection of qualification category certificates for subjects with relevant subjects for teachers.

In order to eliminate these problems, on December 11, 2024, a request was sent to the Ministry of Economy and Finance for the integration of the UzASBO-2 software package into the Unified Electronic System (ERP) of the Ministry in a short time.

In other words, the aforementioned problems will soon be solved, and teachers teaching the subject "Education" in elementary grades will be paid an additional fee for their qualification category. The differences will be recalculated and paid.

Will teachers of "History" and "National Idea and Law" be paid an additional fee for their category if they teach in primary grades?

In case of teaching the subject "Education" in primary grades (1-4 grades) by teachers with specialties "History," "National Idea and Law," additional fees for their qualification category are not paid.

Because in the instruction of the Prime Minister No. 30/1-1782 of 2024, teachers with the specialties of "History," "Ideas of National Independence and Law" are allowed to teach "Education" only in grades 5-11.

In some regions, the subject of "Upbringing" in elementary school is also taught to teachers of this subject. For this reason, additional payments were not made to the teachers of "History" and "National Idea and Law" for teaching in primary grades.
