Mentor-teachers will be paid a 20% bonus

As we reported earlier, from January 1, 2025, all general secondary educational institutions will introduce such forms of professional development as "Hour of Professional Development," and basic general secondary educational institutions, as well as "Day of Professional Development."
This is provided for in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 21, 2024 No. PP-231.
To organize the "Hour of Professional Development" and "Day of Professional Development" events, a composition of mentors-teachers will be formed in each district (city) among highly qualified teachers across disciplines.
Within the framework of the "Hour of Professional Development," mentors-teachers analyze teachers' lessons, provide them with methodological assistance, and provide recommendations for professional development.
Teachers of subjects working as mentors-teachers are paid an additional monthly allowance in the amount of 20 percent of their official salary at the expense of the director's fund of the general secondary educational institution, which is their main place of work.
In order to establish a system of payment of allowances to mentors-teachers, the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019 No. 823 was supplemented with paragraph 26-1.
According to this clause, at the "Hour of Professional Development" and "Days of Professional Development" events, subject teachers working as mentors-teachers are paid a monthly bonus in the amount of 20 percent of their official salary in addition to the bonus they receive from the director's fund of a general secondary educational institution, which is their main place of work.
For example, if a teacher receives a 40% bonus from the director's fund, he will be paid another 20% bonus for acting as a mentor. That is, it will be possible to receive a 60% bonus from the teacher's director's fund.

Is it right to reduce the percentage of teacher allowances by the middle of the year?
Last year, I was assigned a 20% bonus from the director's fund according to Resolution 823, and in January 2025, 10% of the bonus was unreasonably removed. When I asked why, I only heard excuses from finance and higher authorities that such instructions exist. How justified is this?

An addition has been made to the list of measures taken into account when assigning bonuses to teachers.
Even if students achieved results in natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology) at the Al-Khwarizmi Olympiad in exact and natural sciences (science), teachers had to be denied points for bonuses.

Will the results of the Al-Khwarizmi Olympiad affect the bonus?
