How will the 50% bonus for the national certificate be paid to teachers of the native language, Uzbek language, history, and primary school?

As is known, according to paragraph 12 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 37 "On the State Program for the Implementation of the Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030" in the "Year of Supporting Youth and Business," starting from January 1, 2025, teachers of the subjects "Native Language and Literature" and "History," who have a national certificate issued by the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications, will be paid a bonus of 50 percent.
A 50% bonus is paid for certificates in native language and literature (Uzbek language and literature, Russian language and literature, Karakalpak language and literature) issued by the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications. Including:
- Teachers teaching in schools where the language of instruction is Uzbek, for a certificate in the Uzbek language and literature, for the subject of native language and literature;
- For teachers teaching in schools where the language of instruction is Russian, the subject of native language (Russian language) and literature for a certificate in Russian language and literature;
- Teachers teaching in schools where the language of instruction is the Karakalpak language are paid a bonus for teaching hours in the subject of native language (Karakalpak language) and literature for a Karakalpak language and literature certificate.
That is, based on the requirements of the above Decree, teachers teaching subjects considered native language and literature will be paid a bonus of 50 percent for subject hours.
Also, teachers teaching in primary education are paid a bonus of 50 percent for the following subject hours, broken down by class:
- In the 1st grade, in the 1st and 2nd quarters of the academic year, 4 hours of "Alphabet," 4 hours of "Writing," in the 3rd and 4th quarters, 4 hours of "Native Language," 4 hours of "Reading Literacy";
- In grades 2-4, the subject "Native Language" for 4 hours, "Reading Literacy" for 3 hours.

It has also been established that pedagogical staff with a certificate of the Uzbek language and literature of the corresponding level, obtained in the national assessment system of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications, will be paid a monthly additional bonus in the amount of 50 percent of their tariff rate.
