I received a certificate after completing a one-week professional development course in March 2024, now if I submit my documents for the 2025-2026 academic year bonus, will the professional development department receive points? Or won't they give points because your deadline is until March?

According to paragraph 21 of Chapter 6 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019 No. 823, monthly allowances to the basic tariff rates of pedagogical workers at the expense of the director's fund are established for the new academic year based on the results of the previous academic year.

In this case, the following points are awarded for the teacher's completion of advanced training courses according to the established plan:

• failure to attend advanced training courses in a timely manner - 0 points;

• failure to pass the final certification based on the results of advanced training courses and lack of a corresponding certificate - 2 points;

• 10 points - upon timely completion of advanced training courses and obtaining the appropriate certificate.

In this case, the basis for assigning a bonus to a pedagogical worker for the new academic year is the fact that he passed advanced training last year and received the appropriate certificate.

The general conclusion is that in the above situation, we believe that a pedagogical worker should be awarded a maximum of 10 points for the allowance for the 2025-2026 academic year.
