Will a foreign language teacher be paid a 50% bonus until the expiration of the national certificate?

I am an English teacher at school. In November 2024, I received a multilevel C 1 national certificate. In the Pap district of the Namangan region, they said that from January 2025, they will pay a 20% bonus instead of 50%.

However, schools in the city of Khiva, Khorezm region, will pay 20% for certificates obtained after January 1, 2025, and 50% for certificates obtained before that date. Which one is correct?

As is known, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-134, a monthly additional bonus is paid to teaching staff who have a foreign language certificate in the national assessment system of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications, which does not meet the requirements of international standards, as follows:

• until January 1, 2025 - in the amount of 50 percent of their tariff rate;

• from January 1, 2025 - in the amount of 20 percent of their tariff rate.

Therefore, from January 1, 2025, the 50% bonus paid to foreign language teachers with a national certificate has been reduced to 20%.

In this case, it does not matter when the national certificate received by the foreign language teacher was received and when it expires. That is, even if the national certificate is obtained before 2025, only a 20% bonus will be paid from January.
