According to the relevant order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education on appointment to the position, Khamdamov Muzaffar Yazdonkulovich He has been appointed Head of the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Samarkand region.

On February 25th of this year, a meeting was held at the Samarkand Regional Department of Preschool and School Education, chaired by Acting Regional Governor Adiz Boboyev.

First Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education Sherzod Karimov and Deputy Minister Temur Komilov took part in it. At this meeting, Muzaffar Yazdonkulovich Khamdamov was appointed to the position of head of the regional department.

Hamdamov Muzaffar was born in 1980 in the Taylak district of the Samarkand region. He graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute in 2005 with a degree in taxation and taxation, accounting, and auditing.

He began his career in 1999 as Deputy Chief Accountant of the Finance Department of the Taylak District Administration. Later, he worked in various positions, including chief accountant of the central hospital of Taylak district, chief economist, leading economist and deputy head of the financial department of Samarkand region.

In 2017-2018, he worked as the Head of the Treasury Department for Samarkand region, and in 2018-2019, as the Head of the State Financial Control Department of the region.

Muzaffar Hamdamov, appointed khokim of the Pakhtachinsky district on November 5, 2024, was appointed head of the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Samarkand region on February 25, 2025.
