Should students working at the school go for advanced training?

Question
I work at a school and am currently a second-year student. "The vice-principal says that you will go for advanced training." Is this true? After graduation, shouldn't I go for advanced training?
Response
The main goal of advanced training is the updating of theoretical and practical knowledge in connection with the growing requirements for the level of qualifications of employees and the need to master modern methods of carrying out professional activities.
Students who study at universities and simultaneously work at schools already update their theoretical and practical knowledge during their studies. Therefore, they should not be involved in professional development.
Currently, the procedure for advanced training of pedagogical workers is regulated by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 867 of December 20, 2024, "On the Procedure for Organizing Continuous Professional Development of Employees of Preschool and School Educational Organizations."
However, this regulation does not clarify the issue of involving students in professional development. Therefore, this question can be explained based on the answer given by the rector of the National Institute of Pedagogical Mastery named after A. Avloni, Abduvali Ismailov.
In general, if we pay attention to the form and principle of professional development, the professional development system is considered a postgraduate system.
And students are still individuals in the higher education system, that is, they have not yet completed higher education. True, they are granted the right to engage in pedagogical activity based on regulatory documents.
But we must admit that they have not yet completed the curricula of higher education. Therefore, there may be no point in involving students who have not completed the higher education curriculum in professional development.
Based on this, we do not plan to involve individuals engaged in pedagogical activity as students in professional development.
Therefore, based on the answer given by the rector of the National Institute of Pedagogical Excellence named after A. Avloni, Abduvali Ismailov, it is incorrect to involve students working at the school in advanced training courses.
