23 thousand school graduates have not yet received passports.

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education reminded school graduates who have reached the age of 16 to receive a passport (ID card) in a timely manner.
As is known, applicants are required to enter their passport (ID card) information into the ABITUR electronic program when submitting the relevant documents online for admission to higher education institutions.
In order to create greater convenience for graduates in this process, the electronic database of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education has been integrated with the ABITUR electronic program of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Skills.
Therefore, every graduate who has reached the age of 16 must obtain a passport (ID card) on time.
According to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, to date, 23 thousand (5.1%) of the more than 450 thousand students who have reached the age of 16 who are graduating from schools in the current academic year have not yet entered their passport data into the electronic database due to the fact that they did not receive a passport (ID card).
Therefore, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education asks school graduates who have reached the age of 16 to obtain a passport (ID card) in a timely manner.
"Dear parents, dear graduates, we ask you to ensure that your child receives a passport (ID card) in a timely manner, using their constitutional right, and we ask the school administration to enter the passport (ID card) information of graduates into the electronic database and provide them with the necessary assistance in submitting documents to higher educational institutions in the future," the ministry said in a statement.
