In this case, the training of those working in the position of director until January 1, 2024 will be financed from the state budget.

For example, brother Sabir, who has been working in school No. 1, has been working as a director in this school since 2021 (2021 was conditionally used). Now, let's say that according to the new order, Sabir brother was also involved in management courses along with other directors.
But brother Jabir, who is working in the same school No. 1, is a pedagogue with 5-6 years of work experience, and he wants to study management training courses and get a certificate in order to become a candidate for the directorship of the school.
In this situation, Sabir will not be charged for attending the management training course. Brother Jabir will have to pay for his studies in the management course.
The bottom line is that these courses will be free for those working as directors until January 1, 2024. However, for new candidates, studying in management courses will be paid.
