The following documents are kept by the deputy director:
1.A set of documents related to the annual work plan and execution (the plan of higher organizations, 5 important initiatives and the work plan developed / approved in accordance with the general plan of the educational institution, relevant documents related to the implementation of the activities in it).
2.A collection of documents on the prevention of delinquency and delinquency among minors (documents on working with the Interagency National Commission on Children's Issues, collective volumes of students in the preventive account of internal affairs, the fight against human trafficking, drug addiction, religious extremism and fanaticism, AIDS, traffic and fire safety plan of activities of the educational institution developed / approved in accordance with the plan of higher organizations related to the direction, relevant documents related to the implementation of activities in it).
3.A set of documents on the activity of the Public Council of the "Family - neighborhood - educational institution" cooperation (the plan of activities of the educational institution developed / approved in accordance with the cooperation plan of higher organizations / including the primary organization of work with women, relevant documents regarding the implementation of the activities in it).
4.A set of documents on students' attendance and meaningful use of free time (data on attendance summarized by the deputy director and submitted to the district / city / district department of pre-school and school education, the plan of activities for regularly and chronically absent students and children from disabled families, in it documents regarding the performance of events and the meaningful organization of students' free time, the activities of clubs and holidays).
The deputy director prepares quarterly and end-of-academic year reports and submits them to the director of the educational institution.
