In the last year's season of the OpenBudget project, there were reports that teachers were given a mandatory task to collect votes in this project, and teachers who paid attention to the task were threatened with taking necessary measures.
After that, Minister Hilola Umarova took control of the situation by saying that she is seriously studying the situation of teachers being forced to vote in OpenBudget.
Since the introduction of the principle of "one citizen - one vote" to the open budget process, the price of votes has become more expensive. For example, in some places, a lamb is promised for 10 votes, a calf for 50, a horse for 100, and a car for 1000.
This may cause teachers to be involved in collecting money, and in some cases, absenteeism from school. In fact, not many people supported the "OpenBudget" project. Because the government itself should repair and equip social objects. This is its functional task.
