Schools lead in compulsory voting for "Open Budget"
According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, secondary schools are leading in compulsory voting. It is noted that most of the complaints and appeals left on 1,282 hotlines and networks were made by schools.
Recently, there have been reports on social networks that teachers are being forced to participate in the "Open Budget." Otabek Bakirov, an economist, also wrote about this on his Telegram page.
"In order to reduce the cases of forced voting for school teachers, it was decided to hold the second season of the initiative budget during the summer holidays. It seems that even the summer holidays are not a safe and free time for teachers from coercion.
In the coming academic year, there is a lot of writing on the fact that teachers are being forced to distribute lessons or not to give lessons, to gather votes with intimidation," O. Bakirov said.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, all appeals received will be sent to the relevant district (city) Kengashes of People's Deputies for consideration, and if the situation is confirmed, these projects will be excluded from the voting stage or may be removed from the list of winners.
