My suggestion is that during my career, I have learned that there is a pain point, even if it is small, that affects the quality of education in schools. This is class leadership. Why, let's say that a teacher who has 20 hours, that is, 1 rate lesson, is given 1 class, he has to do it together with teaching.

As for the problem, let's say that while this teacher is teaching another class, some student in the class he leads is undisciplined and causes trouble, and now this teacher is called out of class. The reason is that the student in the class made a mistake, missed the lesson and does it, this is the reason why the quality of the first education is violated, the lesson is missed.

Another one is attendance, it is said to find your student who has not come and call him home, he will miss his class and look for him, even if it is by phone. My suggestion is that if a pedagogue or a teacher related to psychology is given 2, 3, 4 classes in charge, if he does not teach in his specialty, if he only deals with the class, he should enter the science classes and sit in the class for the education of the students in his class. I think it would be better to work with the students of each class for 10-15 minutes after the lesson, analyzing their interest and participation in the lesson.

Currently, one class leader costs around 500,000 soums. If the above proposal is implemented, the head of that class will receive a monthly salary of up to 1.5-2 million soums. Perhaps, if this is done, then the amount of class leadership will be increased again. I mean, financially, it's no different from the current situation.

After the science teacher, only the quality of education would be asked. Now it is said that only the quality of education is being asked, but I think that even these small things affect the science teacher who teaches.
