It is known that according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 11, 2022 "On approval of the national program for the development of public education in 2022-2026" No. PF-134, international pedagogues with a recognized certificate - 50 percent of their tariff rate, and pedagogues with a national certificate - 20 percent of the monthly additional bonus.
After that, with the joint decision of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Ministry of Economy and Finance dated July 28, 2023, during the 2023-2024 academic year, pedagogues of general education schools will be paid 50 and 20 percent bonuses. the list of certificates is confirmed.
With the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 17 dated January 10, 2024, after the issuance of A+, A, B+, B, C+, C level certificates for determining the level of knowledge of general education subjects, in the payment of bonuses to pedagogues problems began to arise.
It is known that on May 7 of this year, according to the Rash model, science teachers will be awarded A+, A and B+ levels, and for Primary Education (mathematics and mother tongue and literature) a minimum of C a draft document on granting a bonus for a certificate of a higher level has been developed and posted on the discussion portal.
Currently, the discussion of a new draft document on approval of the list of nationally and internationally recognized certificates that determine the level of knowledge of foreign languages and general education subjects is ongoing. Of course, there are some changes in the document.
Discussion of the project will continue until May 22 of this year. Educators who are not indifferent to this issue can add their suggestions to the project.
