After many pedagogues objected, some international certificates provided for in the draft document were not removed from the list. Also, it became known how many points teachers need to collect in order to get an extension to the National Certificate.

The decision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education "On approval of the list of nationally and internationally recognized certificates determining the level of knowledge of foreign languages and general education subjects" was approved.

By this decision:

a list of nationally and internationally recognized certificates that determine the level of knowledge of foreign languages used in setting bonuses for teaching staff working in the general secondary education system;
the list of nationally and internationally recognized certificates in general education subjects, used in the setting of bonuses for teaching staff working in the general secondary education system, was approved in the form of a separate list.

Also:

not to apply privileges and allowances to certificates obtained remotely (at home) without supervision, in test centers that have not passed the official list of authorized international organizations providing services in the field of education;
for certificates with an unlimited (indefinite) validity period, the procedure for applying privileges and allowances in accordance with the procedure established by legislation was established within a period of no more than three years from the date of receipt of the certificate.

The following certificates determining the level of knowledge of foreign languages are excluded:

Italian language - Accademia Italiana di Lingua (AIL);
on the Arabic language — The Arabic Language Proficiency Test, Arabic Proficiency Test (ALPT, APT, E-TOAFL, American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL);
on the Japanese language - Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT);
on the Korean language — Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK I);
in Turkish - Istanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Türkçe Öğretimi Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi (Aydın TÖMER).
