Training courses will be introduced for teachers with dismissal every five years

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 21, 2024 No. PP-231 "On additional measures to improve the system of continuous professional development of employees of preschool and school educational organizations," a comprehensive system of retraining and advanced training of teachers and specialists will be introduced.

The decree introduces advanced training courses for employees of preschool and school educational organizations, which are held once in five years with dismissal from work.

At the same time, training courses for managerial personnel are organized on the basis of the procedure introduced for management training courses, for pedagogical and specialist personnel - on educational programs consisting of variable (optional) and invariant (mandatory) modules aimed at the formation of modern competencies in them.

Knowledge of trainees in advanced training courses assignment of qualification categories to teaching staff of evaluation processes and their integration with professional certification systems.

Between training courses, forms of continuous professional development of employees are organized, based on mutual exchange of experience and independent self-development.

A new procedure for evaluating the results of the system of advanced training will be introduced, within which special attention will be paid to improving the effectiveness of the activities of employees of preschool and school educational organizations.
