The directors who introduced employees of a commercial company to the educational institution were dismissed
HNK, a media company where mahalla chairmen also bet and promote money, has reached educational institutions, in particular, schools and kindergartens. This was reported by Kun.uz.
"HNK, whose activities are suspicious and obviously a financial pyramid, is carrying out propaganda work even in educational institutions under the pretext of a trivial "generosity" to "catch as many people as possible." The heads of educational and upbringing institutions openly allow this," Kun.uz reported.
For example, representatives of the HNK visited schools in different regions and allegedly held charity events. But on this pretext, he held the company's logo to the students and carried out propaganda work.
After that, the Children's Ombudsman thoroughly studied the situation and made an official statement on the situation.
It was found that one of the cases occurred at secondary school No. 69 in Chust district, and the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Namangan region imposed disciplinary measures on the school director J.T. for organizing activities not related to the educational process in the school contrary to educational goals, and he was dismissed from his post.
Also, another case was committed in the preschool educational organization No. 11 of the Kizirik district of the Surkhandarya region, which was committed by the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Surkhandarya region. A.Z. was also subjected to disciplinary measures and released from his post.
"The promotion of various media commercial companies in schools and preschool educational organizations is not only incompatible with the goals and objectives of educational institutions, but also contradicts the requirements of legislation.
The Children's Ombudsman made a relevant conclusion to the Ministry of Youth Affairs regarding the strict non-compromise with the involvement of children in any non-educational agitation activities and the obligation to take appropriate legal measures against officials who have allowed such inappropriate situations," the official statement of the Children's Ombudsman said.
