Shahzodadan Jalilova, who has been working for 20 years at the 14th state preschool educational organization in the Kuva district of the Fergana region, was dismissed by order of the head of the Fergana regional department of preschool and school education.
The employment contract concluded with the employee is unexpectedly terminated by order of the Fergana Regional Department of Preschool and School Education in accordance with Article 157 of the Labor Code, that is, by agreement of the parties.
The question is, was there really an agreement between the employer and the employee?
Specialists of the Fergana Regional Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan carefully studied Sh. Jalilova's appeal for practical assistance in restoring her to her previous position.
During the study, it was found that the kindergarten headess did not write an application for dismissal on her own will.
The case was heard in court. According to it, Sh.Jalilova was reinstated as the director of the 14th state preschool educational organization. Almost 20 million soums were recovered in his favor for forced days of absenteeism and moral damage.
