Will the teacher get points for the bonus if the students get a place in the five-initiative Olympiad?

The team of female students of the school's physical education teacher's football club won the first place in the district in the five-initiative football Olympiad, not the five-initiative Olympiad among schools, but within the mahalla. For this result, according to Resolution No. 823, can we give 30 points in the evaluation criterion of the surcharge?

According to paragraph 2 of Appendix 1 to the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 dated September 30, 2019, based on the participation and results of students in Olympiads, competitions, competitions and other events, a teacher can be awarded from 10 to 30 points.

By letter of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education No. 03-01/14-623 dated February 14, 2024, the list of subject Olympiads, competitions, contests and events recommended to be taken into account when determining monthly allowances to the basic tariff rates of teachers in general education institutions for the 2024-2025 academic year was approved.

This list includes the results of sports competitions within the framework of the "Olympiad of Five Initiatives."

Therefore, it can be concluded that a maximum of 30 points can be awarded to the teacher if the students participating in the "Five Initiatives Olympiad" at the district (city) level take the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.

This is important: Only this procedure is used to assess the performance of senior (5th-11th grade) teachers. That is, if this achievement was achieved by elementary school students, the teacher will not be awarded a point.

Because elementary school teachers are awarded points only based on the results of students who participated in school-wide competitions and other events.

Important note: The list of subject Olympiads, contests, competitions and events recommended to be taken into account when establishing monthly bonuses to teachers' basic tariff rates is only for the 2024-2025 academic year.
