In March 2020, I completed a full 144-hour management course and received a certificate. Currently, I work as a deputy director. They said they wouldn't pay me a 30 percent bonus. What's the reason for that? Will it be paid? "No?"

It is known that by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 681 dated December 25, 2023, the Regulation "On the procedure for training candidates for the position of director of state general secondary educational institutions in management training courses and issuing a management certificate" was approved.

According to this decision, starting from September 1, 2024, school principals with a manager's certificate will be paid a 50% bonus, and school principals' deputies - a 30% bonus.

That is, management training courses are currently organized based on the Regulation "On the procedure for training candidates for the position of director of state general secondary educational institutions in management training courses and issuing a management certificate to them."

As you can see, the norm on the payment of a supercharge for a manager's certificate to the director and his deputies came into force on December 25, 2023. Therefore, these bonuses will not be paid to employees who have studied various management courses and received certificates over the past years, which are not provided for in the above regulation.

First, until December 25, 2023, management training courses for the director and his deputies were not organized. (except for management courses organized as an experiment from June 5-27, 2023)

Secondly, directors and deputy directors are paid a bonus only if they study and receive a certificate in management courses established on the basis of the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 681 of December 25, 2023.

Managers wishing to receive this bonus will need to study at the management training courses introduced at the National Institute of Pedagogical Mastery named after A. Avloni and receive a management certificate.
