If students participate in an environmental competition, will the teacher receive points for bonuses?

Question
Currently, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education is holding a competition among schoolchildren "Do you know the laws on ecology?."
If my students participate in this competition and achieve good results, will I be given points for bonuses in the new academic year?
Response
As is known, according to Appendix No. 1 to the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019, No. 823, according to the criteria for evaluating the activities of pedagogical workers, if high school students participate in the district (city) stage of a subject Olympiad and other competitions, achieve a result, then pedagogical workers are awarded points for bonuses.
At the same time, depending on the results of students, pedagogical workers are awarded the following points:
- 10 points - when students participate in district (city) olympiads, competitions, and other events and show results exceeding 55 percent of the lowest winner's score;
- 20 points - when students participate in district (city) olympiads, competitions, and other events and show results exceeding 70 percent of the lowest winner's score;
- 30 points - when students who participated in district (city) olympiads, competitions, and other events take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
Note: For a teacher to receive points based on the results of these competitions, the competition must be approved by order of the Ministry.
As is known, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education annually publishes a list of subject Olympiads, competitions, contests, and events that are taken into account when assigning bonuses to pedagogical workers.
A letter from the Ministry of Preschool and School Education dated January 13, 2025, No. 03-14-75 approved a list of subject Olympiads, competitions, contests, and events recommended for consideration when establishing monthly bonuses to the basic tariff rates of teachers in general education institutions for the 2025-2026 academic year.
And this list does not include the competition "Do you know environmental laws?." Therefore, we believe that even if students participate in this competition and achieve certain results, teachers will not receive points for bonuses.
Because to award points to teachers based on the results of this competition, this competition had to be included in the list of reviews and competitions taken into account by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education when assigning bonuses to pedagogical workers.

Will teachers of music and physical education receive a bonus for the national certificate from the new academic year?

Is it right to reduce the percentage of teacher allowances by the middle of the year?
Last year, I was assigned a 20% bonus from the director's fund according to Resolution 823, and in January 2025, 10% of the bonus was unreasonably removed. When I asked why, I only heard excuses from finance and higher authorities that such instructions exist. How justified is this?
