Providing the institution with qualified personnel, determining the need for pedagogical staff, taking measures to cover it, selecting and directing talented students to higher educational institutions in the pedagogical direction, and ensuring their implementation, selecting and hiring employees with appropriate qualifications and competencies, rational and fair distribution of tasks among them, formation of personnel reserves, participation in the organization of certification of pedagogic employees and ensuring compliance with executive, labor and production discipline, creating conditions for improving the professional skills of employees;


➖creating a positive, constructive and encouraging environment in teacher training, increasing their initiative and activity, developing a professional development program for teachers in accordance with the schedule of teacher training and the needs of the educational institution, and organizing an impartial assessment of the fulfillment of state educational standards and requirements to motivate teaching staff ;


Taking measures to improve the indicators of admission and employment of graduates of educational institutions to higher and primary professional educational institutions;


➖creating a healthy moral and spiritual, safe and encouraging environment in the team;


To ensure and control the quality of students' knowledge in accordance with state educational standards and requirements, to ensure and control the effectiveness of educational work, to improve students' learning of subjects and to take measures for the continuous development of the educational institution in order to provide them with quality education;
