Duties of the director
➖General management of the activities of state specialized educational institutions for children with special educational needs, chairing the pedagogical council, ensuring the organization of organizational-legal, educational-educational, spiritual-educational and financial-economic activities of the institution;
➖Together with the Pedagogical Council, defining the strategy, goals and objectives of the educational institution, the main directions for improving the educational process and the quality of education;
➖Approving the annual work plan of the educational institution and controlling the implementation of the training plan by the employees as appropriate;
➖Approving the schedule of lessons, correctional training and state schedules and tariff lists, work holidays;
➖creating conditions for the introduction of innovative and modern educational technologies into the educational process, helping to increase the knowledge efficiency of students by using modern educational methods and resources;
➖Solving the financial and economic issues of the activity of the educational institution, the formation of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds and their effective use, taking measures to find additional extra-budgetary funds and provide material resources for the development of the educational institution, ensuring the investment attractiveness of the educational institution, as well as educational to ensure the effective distribution of financial and material resources and the mobilization of employees to achieve the goals, as well as personally respond to the consequences of the decisions made, financial and economic results;
➖Acting on behalf of the educational institution in concluding business contracts with enterprises, institutions and organizations, protecting its interests, issuing power of attorney;
➖Working in cooperation with state and non-state foundations in various directions, developing and coordinating strategic plans for the development of the educational institution in cooperation with the Supervisory and Pedagogical Council and other interested parties, organizing work on the formation of high tasks and goals of the educational institution;
➖Ensuring the preservation of educational equipment, devices and other educational tools, organizing the development of the material and technical base of the educational institution, being responsible for the effective use of property and their preservation;
➖Ensuring that the institution is ready for the new academic year, autumn-winter season, organizing improvement and greening works, signing documents of acceptance of the institution;
➖Providing the institution with qualified personnel, determining the need for pedagogical staff, taking measures to cover it, selecting and directing talented students to higher educational institutions in the pedagogical direction, and ensuring their implementation, selecting and hiring employees with appropriate qualifications and competencies, rational and fair distribution of tasks among them, formation of personnel reserves, participation in the organization of certification of pedagogic employees and ensuring compliance with executive, labor and production discipline, creating conditions for improving the professional skills of employees;
➖creating a positive, constructive and encouraging environment in teacher training, increasing their initiative and activity, developing a professional development program for teachers in accordance with the schedule of teacher training and the needs of the educational institution, and organizing an impartial assessment of the fulfillment of state educational standards and requirements to motivate teaching staff ;
➖Taking measures to improve the indicators of admission and employment of graduates of educational institutions to higher and primary professional educational institutions;
➖creating a healthy moral and spiritual, safe and encouraging environment in the team;
➖To ensure and control the quality of students' knowledge in accordance with state educational standards and requirements, to ensure and control the effectiveness of educational work, to improve students' learning of subjects and to take measures for the continuous development of the educational institution in order to provide them with quality education;
➖admitting students to the educational institution and transferring them from class to class and from one educational institution to another (erp base) through the conclusion of the psychological-medical-pedagogical commission and the appropriate referral, helping to improve students' learning and to fully realize the potential of each of them;
➖Ensuring systematic and parallel conduct of general secondary education and correctional work in educational institutions;
➖Provide students with textbooks and instructional manuals
