Answer
Working with the attendance of students in the class is one of the main tasks of the head of the class. In the instruction "On organizing the activities of the head of the class" approved by the order of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education dated June 27, 2023 No. 190, what tasks should the head of the class perform in relation to the attendance of students recorded.
According to the regulation:
The head of the class should cooperate with their parents and self-governing bodies of citizens in working with students who are chronically and regularly absent from classes, and should bring information to meetings with the director based on the results. ;
It is necessary to control the attendance of students of the class, to contact (by phone) the parents of students who did not come to class for no reason, to learn the reasons for their absence, and to submit information (in writing, if necessary) to the school management based on the results.
Please note that if the head of the class has performed the above actions within the scope of his authority, it will be wrong to hold them accountable. Actions can be taken only against class leaders who are inactive and have not taken any measures for low attendance.
For example, if 5-6 students are not coming to regular classes despite the effective measures being taken, and the head of the class has not given any verbal or written information about it to the school management, then take action to the head of the class. will be
If it is the other way around, then the class leader is considered to have done all the work within the scope of his authority, and no punishment will be applied to him.
