A teacher training center worth $11 million will be built
Yesterday, on September 10, Minister Hilola Umarova and the President of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Chang Won Sam, launched a project in Tashkent to establish a center for retraining and professional development of preschool education system teachers, as well as an innovative preschool educational organization.
The project, with a total cost of 11 million US dollars, plans to open a preschool educational facility for 500 children and a center designed to enhance the qualifications of 4,000 teachers annually.
This institution will be equipped with advanced play-based technologies aimed at developing five competencies: intellectual, spiritual, moral, aesthetic, and physical.
The implementation of this project is expected to yield the following results:
- improved early learning opportunities;
- an increase in the number of educators trained in personalized approach programs;
- significant improvements in preschool education quality indicators.
