Abdulla Aripov presented the Action Program of the Cabinet of Ministers until 2030. It also lists the work to be done in the field of education. The "Gazeta.uz" publication cited the main theses in the speech of the head of the government.

"Turning the government into a true servant of the people, solving the problems of ordinary people is the main criterion of our activity," he said. 

In 2025, it is planned to reconstruct and build 553 schools and kindergartens for 4 trillion UZS from the state budget, and another 252 kindergartens at the expense of international financial organizations.

The share of children enrolled in preschool education will be increased to 80%.

Every year, 100 billion Uzbek soums will be allocated from the republican budget to provide schools and kindergartens with clean drinking water and modern sanitary and hygienic infrastructure.

The share of teachers with higher education in general education schools will be increased to 95 percent.

A unified system of continuous training of pedagogical personnel will be created for the system of pre-school education to higher education, including professional development.

By optimizing vocational schools, colleges and technical schools, a technical school will be opened on their basis.

In schools, special attention is paid to the quality of teaching three main areas of personality development: music, physical culture and sports, and military-patriotic subjects.

The coverage of young people with higher education will be increased from the current 38 percent to 50 percent by 2030.

Scientific research will be intensified in higher education institutions, and the scientific potential of higher education institutions will reach 70 percent by 2030.
